These terms apply to your use of this website (olduka.com) and to the request-access form on it. They do not cover Olduka the product, which has its own agreement provided when you sign up.

Who this site is for

This site describes Olduka, a business operating system for small and medium businesses in Kenya and East Africa, and lets you request access. Olduka is not self-serve: submitting the form starts a conversation with our team, not an automatic account.

Submitting a request

When you submit the request-access form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. We use it only to contact you about Olduka, as described in our privacy policy.

Site content

The content on this site (text, layout, and the Olduka name and marks) belongs to Olduka. You may view and share it for your own reference, but may not copy it to represent it as your own.

No guarantee of acceptance

Submitting the request-access form does not guarantee that Olduka is available for your business or that we will respond within any particular time. We review each request and reach out when we can.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
